The Way Of The Eagle Fang

Strike First.
Strike Hard.
No Mercy.

For thirty years the world has rewarded the soft and punished the honest. Sensei Steve has decided this is no longer acceptable. Welcome to Eagle Fang Mental Conditioning. The last real dojo in a culture of participation trophies.

What Is Eagle Fang

Eagle Fang Mental Conditioning is not therapy. Eagle Fang is not coaching. Eagle Fang is not a "framework," a "modality," or a "container." Eagle Fang is what happens when a man in a red and black headband sits down across from you, looks you in the eye for an uncomfortable length of time, and asks the question your friends have been too polite to ask.

It is six weeks. It is unforgiving. It is the best thing you will ever do for yourself, your business, and the people who have to put up with you.

The Three Pillars

Mercy Is For The Weak

Specifically, mercy toward your own excuses. We do not give your excuses water. We do not give them shade. We let them die in the sun.

Strike First

Hesitation is more expensive than wrong moves. We train the decision before the moment. Then we make the move while everyone else is still gathering information.

Strike Hard

Half measures are an insult to the work and the people counting on you. If a thing is worth doing it is worth doing with both fists and your full name on it.

You came here looking for permission. Sensei Steve does not give permission. Sensei Steve confiscates the part of you that thinks it needs permission, and then he charges you for it.The Eagle Fang Welcome

The Dojo Has Already Started Working.— Sensei Steve, on the inside of every Eagle Fang business card

The Sensei Steve Guarantee

Six Weeks

From your first session to your last. No add ons, no rolling re engagements, no upsell. When it ends, it ends, and you are on your own. As you should be.

One On One

No cohorts. No group chats. No accountability partners. Just you and Sensei Steve and a small notebook he keeps in his back pocket with your name on the cover.

No Refunds

Eagle Fang does not believe in refunds. Eagle Fang believes in finishing what you start. If you walk away, you walk away. The work was still done. The money is still gone.

The Wall Of Truth

Unedited testimonials. Approved personally by Sensei Steve. He read each of these out loud before allowing them on the wall.

★★★★★

"I came in soft. I left worse. But also somehow better. I cannot explain it and Sensei Steve has stopped returning my calls and I respect him more for it. Five stars. Will recommend to enemies."

— D. Larusso, verified loser

"Sensei Steve told me my business plan was a coward's business plan. He was correct. I now run a profitable cobra. I mean company. Profitable company. One star because he made me cry in a Wawa parking lot."

— Anonymous, Tampa
★★★★★

"Showed up expecting a fitness coach. Got an unlicensed therapist with a headband and very strong opinions about my posture, my marriage, my golf swing, and my LinkedIn headline. He fixed all four. I have never been more annoyed or more grateful."

— M. Barnes, recovered nice guy
★★★★★

"I asked Sensei Steve for advice on raising my Series A. He asked me three questions, I cried, he handed me a paper towel, the round closed two weeks later at a higher valuation. I have no idea what happened. I tip generously at Wawa now out of guilt."

— J.K., founder, undisclosed
★★

"He called my morning routine 'spiritually flabby.' I have not recovered. Two stars only because I have not yet recovered."

— A nameless executive
★★★★★

"My wife signed me up without telling me. We are now in a much better place. So is my golf game. Sensei Steve will not tell me what they discussed."

— G. Wexler, recovering middle manager
